This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to any physical products or merchandise sold or distributed by Friends Club. These may include branded items, event passes, gifts, or promotional materials associated with our social networking and gaming platform.

Note: Friends Club primarily deals in digital services. Physical shipping is rare and only applies to merchandise or promotional items.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been processed.

Shipping Methods and Timeframes

We offer standard and express shipping options:

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • Free shipping may be available for select promotions or minimum order values.
  • Customs duties or import taxes (for international orders) are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Use it to monitor your delivery status in real-time via the courier's website.

Delivery Issues

We are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses
  • Missed deliveries due to absence at delivery address
  • Packages marked as “delivered” by the courier but not received

Non-Deliverable Packages / Returns to Sender

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Failed delivery
  • Refusal to accept

Customers may request reshipment (extra shipping fees apply) or request a refund minus original shipping costs.

Digital-Only Users

If you only use Friends Club for digital services (social networking, online games, friend matching), this policy does not apply. For digital content, please refer to ourRefund Policy.
